"Original Review: Highly recommend this office!! Eliani Acosta has had my auto and renters policies under her care and i couldn’t be happier with the service. When my total loss car accident happened back in April I called her panicking because I’d forgotten a copy of my ID cards and in less than a minute I had a copy of them in my email. I was so so so grateful then, and again when I added my new car. She made the process swift and stress-free. I’m really big on those human details. Her compassion and empathy in both instances made me feel really well taken care of. I couldn’t thank her enough if I tried! She is AWESOME, 10/10 service. I recommend her any chance I get (and you will too!) 6MONTHS LATER: I get the great news that my premium has gone down! They were already saving me money to begin with. I’m so happy I switched to State Farm! Highly highly recommend getting quotes. These guys know what they’re doing👍🏻"
